It's rare that you find both such great humans to speak and work with when you set up these kinds of appointments. Friendly, intelligent and trustworthy. You get what you pay for here 100%

Jen & Matt are awesome! Always quick to respond and they show up when they say they will, resolving issues quickly so we can continue operating with minimal interruption. Would never hesitate to call them for anything and highly recommend!

I was looking to upgrade my internet to Quantum Fibre and on the original install date. I was let down as finding out that the placement of the router would not be where I wanted it located. After speaking with the technician he advised me to find an installer the run a Cat6 cable. But where do you start?
After doing some research I found that I needed a low voltage installer…. After doing some local research I found J&M low voltage!
I called and spoke with Jennifer and she advised me that Matt was on a job but he could stop by at the end of the day to get me a quote. Jennifer called to advise me that Matt was on his way…. Beyond great communication!
Matt arrived with a smile and a solid handshake and greeting! Got me my quote fairly quickly and was on his way.
Jennifer emailed me the next day and I signed an agreement to have the work done!
Within a few days Matt was here getting the job done! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the communication and hard work. These two are great people and you can definitely tell and see it in his work ethic and quality of work provided.
I was able to get Quantum Fibre installed yesterday and thanks to J&M it’s where I wanted the router placed!

Matt did a great job replacing our old land line cable and moving an interior phone jack. We were very pleased with the work.

J&M did great work! I was struggling with slow internet in my external office, and they fixed it right up. All around professional and helpful. I'd definitely use their services again if needed.

I had J&M out to wire and install new security cameras at my office building. Matt was great, his line runs were clean, he was fast, he communicated, and showed up in time. I highly recommend J&M Low Voltage.
