Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was looking to upgrade my internet to Quantum Fibre and on the original install date. I was let down as finding out that the placement of the router would not be where I wanted it located. After speaking with the technician he advised me to find an installer the run a Cat6 cable. But where do you start?
After doing some research I found that I needed a low voltage installer…. After doing some local research I found J&M low voltage!
I called and spoke with Jennifer and she advised me that Matt was on a job but he could stop by at the end of the day to get me a quote. Jennifer called to advise me that Matt was on his way…. Beyond great communication!
Matt arrived with a smile and a solid handshake and greeting! Got me my quote fairly quickly and was on his way.
Jennifer emailed me the next day and I signed an agreement to have the work done!
Within a few days Matt was here getting the job done! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the communication and hard work. These two are great people and you can definitely tell and see it in his work ethic and quality of work provided.
I was able to get Quantum Fibre installed yesterday and thanks to J&M it’s where I wanted the router placed!
